InDEE Consulting uses information submitted through its contact form or email to respond to inquiries and discuss requested services. This notice describes the website's intended contact-data practices; confirm actual practices before publishing.

Information submitted

Our inquiry form requests a name, email address, optional organization, service interest, and message. Please do not send sensitive personal information, passwords, or confidential documents.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to respond to requests and follow up on potential engagements. We do not intend to sell contact submissions.

Service providers

Form submissions are processed through Formspree. Consultation bookings are handled through Calendly and subject to its privacy practices. Website hosting is provided through Vercel. These providers may process technical and contact data according to their terms and privacy notices.

Retention and access

Inquiries should be accessible only to authorized personnel and retained only as long as needed for legitimate business purposes and applicable obligations. A final retention schedule and access policy should be established before public launch.
